The woman who checked us in (Sam) was extremely friendly, so great first impressions! We were upgraded to an Executive room, which was very nice and large. The breakfast was also great!

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4. The location was great. All you needed to do was seat on piccadilly line on terminal 4 and in about 20-30 min you were in center of London ( the price of underground is not expensive if you use the same credit card all over again). The breakfast was good, tipical English. Not many option but enough and good. The room was clean and spacious. If you are going to London for a short time this is the option.
