This cottage is gorgeous, just the right blend of modern and quaint. The location is superb, right on the loch with a spacious terrace to sit on and soak in the view. A supermarket is nearby and the kitchen is really well equipped so self catering was very easy. To top it all off, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the supplies of basic supplies was very generous.

"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... Great host!!!! He was very helpful and the view is very beautiful and I would highly recommend this hotel. P s:- Don't forget to checkout the bar and the drinks are very reasonable, 😀

On the banks of Loch Long, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by the magnificent scenery of Scotland’s west coast. The location was fantastic. The staff was professional and very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The meals were so well prepared and the dining room was spectacular.
