This cottage is gorgeous, just the right blend of modern and quaint. The location is superb, right on the loch with a spacious terrace to sit on and soak in the view. A supermarket is nearby and the kitchen is really well equipped so self catering was very easy. To top it all off, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the supplies of basic supplies was very generous.

"The Anchor Inn was a traditional Drovers Inn dating back to 1888. Over recent years, it has undergone tasteful modernisation and now boasts a nautical-themed bar and restaurant area with hearty food... We had an amazing welcome from the owner, the bedroom in the second building was really nice and by the way very quiet and the home-made food SO delicious ! We would definitely go back on another trip to Scotland.

On the banks of Loch Long, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by the magnificent scenery of Scotland’s west coast. Everything, The location is stunning. We felt so welcomed. Rooms are spotless. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back .
