Our hosts Richard & Denise were amazing. Breakfast was organic and wonderful. We probably ate too much breakfast each day as there was such a variety. Any tastes were catered for. At last we found a bathroom in the UK that was both practical and comfortable. Big shower (that didn't leak) lots of room for toiletries, plenty of room for two people at the same time, warm and very clean and modern. The bedroom was large and comfortable and we even had a snug for TV and snacks and tee and coffee supplied at any time. WiFi was very fast and reliable. Plenty of room to do any work on a laptop. lots of power points for phones and computers. We also did a short wall along the Tamar River which you can see from the room. We even had our own balcony. The house is very quiet. We would be happy to move here permanently.

Quiet place to relax, amazing host who always asked how we slept and how our day was and what we had planned, lovely breakfast in the morning too. Very accommodating, especially as we needed to book short notice.

This converted 16th-century mill cottage is a 30-minute drive from the north Cornish coast, and 20 miles from Tintagel Castle, one of the rumoured locations of King Arthur’s Camelot. Kind, warm, professional, welcome and beautifully decorated property. Breakfast was excellent, and again beautifully presented. A lovely local's pub next door serving good quality bar meals. A very comfortable stay. Thank you.

This location was perfect for our needs. We loved the riverside location and the viaduct views and the outdoor deck was a perfect place to watch the ducks and the boats with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The decor is lovely, lots of lovely thoughtful design details that made us feel very comfortable and at home. The location is great with a short walk to local cafes and two nice friendly pubs and we appreciated being able to park directly outside the property. Jack is a great host with wonderful and timely communication. We really enjoyed our stay.
