Very nice facility, luxury stay. Room was difficult to locate, need map of hotel. Signs needed to find reception, the sign existing is in the wrong place.

The location is near the city centre - only a little walk. The hospitality was great. Although we arrived really late Ali was waiting for us and welcomed us very warmly. As well was Shona on the next morning. Every day Ali hat a time for a small talk and the stay was very familiar. Thank You!

No. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Olive is the best host we ever met: she took care of restaurant reservation (we were at Stornoway during a weekend and there are not so many restaurants open on Sunday), she did some shopping for us so that we had all ingredients to prepare a picnic for the next day. And the breakfast is delicious, especially the fruit salad!
