The staff is very welcoming and we had a very comfortable stay. There is a designer outlet nearby in walking distance (6-8 mins) so it is super convenient to get everything. Really enjoy the stay and think it's a fantastic choice to save budget from super expensive accommodations in Edinburgh!

Large property. Had a gym and a pool to use. Restaurant was good and they served a great breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Property is a short distance from the train station so can get into Edinburgh in about 20 minutes by train.

The Mercure Livingston is a 15-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport and 2 miles from junction 3 of the M8 motorway. It has a brasserie, a restaurant, and free parking. Breakfast was great and buying it the night before was much cheaper

In the centre of Livingston, Livingston Lodge Hotel has hotel rooms with a private shower room and free WiFi access. It also has free parking. Good location if one wants to visit Edinburgh and Glasgow, and wants to have an affordable accommodation. The train station is just 10 min walking distance and it takes additional 20 min by train to reach the city. The public pub serves good pub food and there is a grocery shop and lovely sandwich/pastry shop nearby (you have to grab their bacon roll for breakfast).

We were pleasantly surprised as the property was directly across from the Palace where Mary Queen of Scots was born. Had a great meal out at a nearby restaurant.

Located in Livingston and only 22 km from Hopetoun House, The Nest, Livingston provides accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment was clean and fresh and very well equipped. Parking was available and access was via a lockbox key, so very straight forward. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was free and worked. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.
