Spa use is not included at any time when booking a room only rate. the spa facilities are wonderful, the bedroom was huge, very comfortable room and bed. we had the best nights sleep in a very long time. although, the wifi didn’t reach the rooms or most of our corridor. when checking in, request a room with wifi access if it is important to you

In 38 acres of peaceful grounds, just 15 minutes from Chester, this beautifully preserved Edwardian manor has a fantastic restaurant, free Wi-Fi, a log fire and charming individually decorated rooms. The staff was so friendly and attentive! Tom and Albert especially, but from check in to check out we felt welcomed.

Every member of staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable.. The quality of the food at dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Brook Hall Hotel is an elegant hotel with jacuzzi baths, luxury rooms and spacious restaurant and event venues offering a fantastic location to explore Chester and Liverpool. The staff were very attentive and met all our needs nothing was a bother. The grounds were perfectly, peaceful and nature friendly. I just wish I saw some wildlife. The evening meals were all made with love. The breakfast was self-service, fresh and lots of it. Not far from Cheshire oaks shopping outlet.

Lovely clean rooms food was fabulous the staff members were really pleasant couldn't fault The hotel in any way big play area for young children I would be back lovely atmosphere in the hotel

Village Hotel Wirral is an ideal spot from which to discover the Wirral Peninsular, North Wales, and the North West of England. The room I booked was a really good size, clean and very comfortable. The staff were were really helpful and very polite. Nice to see all staff smiling! Breakfast was lovely.
