Finally I somehow managed to enter. Electricity returned in ~3 hours, after that it was OK. Otherwise the accommodation itself, the neighborhood in the mountain and the nature around are lovely.

The family-run Anestis is located in Agkistro Village of Serres, just 300 metres from the Thermal Springs and 500 metres from taverns and mini markets. We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy place at the end of the village - and regretted not having been able to stay more than one night. The host couple is really friendly and helpful. You can feel at home here, since this is their own private home and garden. The surroundings are beautiful with lush greenery, fresh air and hilly country. The view from here is great.
