The cleanless was very good, towels have been changed daily. The Owner of the hotel was very helpul arranging needed services and attractions. Absolutely we recommend this hotel.

El Santorini Kastelli Resort està situat en un indret aïllat, a només 2 minuts a peu de la platja de Kamari. The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

She also helped me call up all the places I wanted to go for booking. The breakfast is so great too! And don’t skip on their Italian inspired restaurant. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed in the downstairs apartment for 2 nights and the honeymoon apartment on the third night. Only a short walk away from the shop and restaurants. Watching the moonrise from the hot tub with view over the village and mediaeval castle was one of the highlights of our holiday and would love to do it all over again

Venus Sunrise Suites & Villas is set in Vourvoulos, within 3 km of Archaeological Museum of Thera and 12 km of Santorini Port. amazing staff, the room looked really good. you can specify what you want for breakfast every day and it being served on the balcony is awesome. the cleaning service did a great job and our room was clean every day. it is located in the heart of the island which is a great plus since you can get anywhere you like pretty fast. also, it is in a quite area which stands out since the island is pretty crowded. you need to use transportation every time you want to go to the main cities but santorini has a pretty good transporation system and you can ask the staff to reserve one for you.

We loved everything about Suites of the Gods. The first impression was "wow", amazing suite, wonderful pool and outdoor bar. Stunning view overlooking the ports and harbour. The amenities were great with the gym decently equipped. The dining room was beautifully decorated and laid out with a fabulous breakfast buffet included. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and would go the extra mile to see that your stay was the best experience, where you felt like a God.

Airport lost our baggages, so we didnt have any clothes, even swimwears to enjoy the main pool with the amazing hotel view... and we had only one night stay..but the manager was perfect! He changed our room to a better with private pool, so we could enjoy our stay after so much stress.. the food was really good, views incredible, and all the team really surprised us with their kindness and service!! 10 points! best wishes and for sure coming back to this hotel someday! The pool, spa, breakfast, employees, rooms… all were outstanding! The beach property is beautiful with delectable cushions and service for your every need, but with the lovely saltwater pool, I scarcely wanted to leave the pool to go to the beach side of the property! Our plunge pool was perfect for an evening dip after a long day, and the staff took excellent care of us from the time we stepped out of our car. Going above and beyond they were friendly and kind and very responsive. 15/10 !
