Situated in Kota Kinabalu and with Filipino Market Sabah reachable within 1.7 km, Ritz Residence @ Imago Loft B 7th Floor features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi... The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

Signel Poshtel team is very kind and open to support us with good restaurants recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the city markets, maritime walking area and many restaurants, supermarkets, fruits shops (Duren included) and small local shops. For sure I recommend you to book Signel Poshtel!!!

Great location; right at the centre and by the seaside. I was checking in at 5pm but the room wasnt ready. They were kind enough to upgrade and add complementary breakfast. Its not about the freebies but going above and beyond to show you care.

This is more apartment style accommodation, neither than hotel, but you feel like in good hotel, where everything is clear and convenient, staff is extremely helpful and polite, all your questions are getting answered immediately. The design of shower and toilet rooms are exceptional.

I was given my own whatsapp what where this place provided me with all the info I would need without even asking for it. Instant response and even good morning texts with tips about everything made this visit very comfortable. The room was extremly clean and the quality was amazing. I have never experienced anything so priceworthy ever, a lot of value for your money spent. The room also had everything you might need like soap, water, coffea, tea and so on. Great shower and the bed was amazing. The place also felt very safe even though it was situated in a dirty building.

New, clean, with all standard amenities, nice neighborhood, many eateries nearby, friendly staff. Although Sepilok is better to stay, but if there are no rooms available there in the price range you can afford, Hotel Prima location is much better than Sandakan city center - it is 15 min drive closer to Sepilok and the neighbourhood is so much better than the city center, more clean, safe, and quite.
