The bed was super comfortable and room is super spacious. The housecleaning staff did a really good job tidying up the room as it is super clean and they even changed fresh towels when we didn't requested, which was super sweet of them. Room service food was super yummy too! All the staffs were really friendly too! And surprisingly the wifi signal was superb.

They even provided complimentary pick up from tanjong pinang ferry terminal to the hotel. Thanks to the team for the great customer service. Will recommend all to book alltrue.
