He tried all the time to make us feel comfortable, he was there to answer about any issue about the house/staying at any hour of the day, he brought us traditional snacks from Mantova, he is just an awesome person. Never in my entire "worldwide" travels I encountered someone SO committed to his job like him. The apartment is perfect, well cleaned, everything functioning just as the photos and details show. It's very quiet, it's well isolated from the cold and from the outside noises. It was just perfect! Grazie MILLE, Andrea.
