The receptionist was incredibly helpful facilitating my getting there on train, bus and taxi and one of the waitresses there was an absolute superstar giving her fullest attention to each client. On top of this, the restaurant is amazing, I ended up eating all my 6 dinners there because the location, quality of food and the staff just made this the perfect spot. I recommend staying at Locanda Da Otello to everyone who is looking for peace, tranquility and warm-heartedness.

Aquest hotel original té vista panoràmica sobre el llac de Bolsena. Ofereix un restaurant tradicional de la Toscana i una cafeteria amb porxo. Margaritta was wonderful. The room had a breathtaking view. It was easy to go to the town of Bolsena to shop and sightsee. The dinner was delicious.

All on high level : restaurant and local food, rooms cleaned everday + towels exchange, excellent service in restaurant, friendly and kind owners.
