Hotel Palazzo Alexander is a historic building in the centre of Lucca, with easy access from Porta San Donato. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and the staff is multilingual. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Nothing too much trouble. They even came and found us in the streets of Lucca in our car and drove the car to the hotel as we had got lost. Just really lovely people. Breakfast was absolutely perfect as is the location. Can't fault it at all!!!!

We spent one night at this lovely hotel and we wish we had stayed longer. Everything was great, but the best was their exceptional front desk professional named Claudia. From the first time she greeted us with a smile, she was "above and beyond" helpful for our whole stay. Of note, there was a train strike for the day we were leaving and our onward journey was canceled. Claudia called on our behalf to inform our next hotel that we would be a day late and rebooked our travel for the next day...this was immensely helpful! She was genuinely caring and always a pleasure to deal with.. Grazie Mille Claudia! Our room was unique ...it was in the annex with an ancient stone wall which added architectural interest....The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent with an impressive and varied selection of fresh and delicious options. Another welcome inclusion was the complimentary Prosecco and Beer etc from 5 to 7pm in the lobby...there is a terrace one floor up where you can take your drinks an enjoy the late evening. All in all a memorable stay. We highly recommend!

Offering air-conditioned rooms, Hotel San Marco features a swimming pool. Lucca’s marvellous walls are 500 metres from the property and Porta San Jacopo are a short walk away. Parking is free. Staff are super nice, really friendly, very helpful, and the hotel is spotless - there’s a lot of cleaning going on all the time. Decent breakfast, nice pool, ten minute walk into City of Lucca

Albergo Moderno asub Lucca raudteejaamast vaid 200 meetri ja linnamüüridest 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja LCD-televiisor. Really beautiful and quiet location. The breakfast was also nice and the family that runs the hotel was also kind. The owner/manager was very kind to help me with my luggage up the stairs, but it is definitely easier here with light luggage :) If you are coming by train, make sure to ask about reaching the property by the back exit of train station to avoid taking large stairs to cross the town.

Set within an 18th-century Tuscan farm house, this enchanting hotel is nestled amid the lush greenery of the Lucchese hills, between a wonderful 40-hectare pine grove. This place was just great! The staff were awesome, the room was way above my expectations, the food was great - both breakfast and dining. The location is great - exciting things all around. I will visit again - 100%.

Äärmiselt meeldiv ja sõbralik hotelli personal, hea hommikusöök, ilus hotell ja ilus ümbrus. Asukoht on suure tee lähedal, kuid piisavalt eemal, tänu millele on hotelli ümbruskond kena, rahulik ja vaikne. Ilus vaade aknast. Soovitan kindlasti, kõik oli väga meeldiv.

Conveniently located just 500 metres from the walls of Lucca and the motorway exit of Lucca Est, this elegant 4-star hotel offers free parking. Took a taxi right outside the train station for 10 Euros. Walked 10 minutes into the old city center. Hotel was great, breakfast great. I would stay there again
