Offering a private beach area, just metres away, Relais "Torre Mozza" - Dimora d' Epoca is situated in Follonica in the Tuscany Region. Free WiFi is available. I studied history so staying at an old fort built to protect the crusaders and pilgrims to Rome was magical. The beach is beautiful , spectacular views, lots of great hitstoric cities nearby. The staff and rooms were exceptional and the breakfast delicious. I am grateful to have found this hotel.

Only 50 metres from Castiglione Della Pescaia's Blue Flag beach, Relais C'Era Una Volta is next to the town's medieval castle. A historic building, it offers a relaxation area with free sauna. The location was great and the woman working the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The free bikes were great to cycle out to the park and the lesser used but bigger and more beautiful beaches.

Loved every single detail about the property. The reason I gave 4/5 for location is because the hotel is located in a very remote and secluded area, which is the whole idea about relaxation. If you want to have any activity outside the hotel there is no taxi, Uber, bus, shuttle, public transportation,…. You MUST have a car or you need to pay a very high fee to have a private transfer by the hotel.
