Le Charaban is set along the SS27 road, 2 km above Aosta and just a 10-minute drive from the Pila ski area cableway. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mountain views. This was the third time I made a stopover at Le Charaban. Everything is pleasant. Family owned and run. Size of the room has been always great. Restaurant very interesting and brekfast good.

Set in the historic centre of Aosta, Hotel Duca d’Aosta offers accommodation with free WiFi, just 1 km from the Pila cable car. Very kind staff who were patient enough to let us try some basic Italian and skilled enough to switch to other languages (dankeschön). We were provided a wonderful room with view on the square. The parking space nearby was spacious (except for the narrow entrance which could be awkward for some as reported in other comments). The town is very cosy and lively and the setting in the valley is beautiful.

L'apartament és molt nou, net i ben decorat. Molt ben equipat: estris de cuina, detergent, estris de bany i TV amb Netflix. Molt bona localització, tens el centre d'Aosta a pocs minuts caminant i un supermercat just al costat. Pots anar caminant fins al telefèric per pujar al Pila. L'Alberto és molt amable i ens va ajudar molt suggerint-nos llocs per visitar i restaurants on anar. Si busques un apartament a Aosta, no busquis més!

we like the position which even near a motorway and a train line still has a feel of a retreat in the mountains , a romantic location near an urban setting very convenient for driving between France and Italy as we travel from Umbria to the UK at least 2 or 3 times a year .

Great stay. Every room is designed with attention to the smallest detail. Host super friendly and helpful. They use local products for breakfast, as well as the shower supplies. The care and effort they put really show and shine through. Bravi!
