You will find Il Cavaliere Nero just a 2-minute walk from the beach of Tirrenia, 10 km from Pisa and the harbour of Livorno. This modern 2-star hotel features a restaurant and pizzeria. Alessandro, the concierge. He was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional.

Offering free parking and free Wi-Fi, the Riviera Blu is a family-run hotel set just 100 metres from the sea at Tirrenia. The bus to Pisa and Livorno stops outside the hotel. The location was perfect and the staff dedication was phenomenal.

Euro Hotel is situated in front of the seaside establishments, 800 metres from the centre of Tirrenia. The Pisa Airport and Livorno harbour are also within easy reach. Euro Hotel is a fantastic little hotel with superb staff, welcoming, helpful, attentive and friendly. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room we stayed was tastefully decorated, featuring a spacious bathroom, a large double bed, a small fridge and a modern air conditioner, quiet and in a perfect working order. We’ve booked the last available room, so we ended up not having a balcony, but if you book early, there are rooms with a balcony available. The front of the hotel has a brilliant, well looked after little garden where you can have your breakfast or chill out in the evening. The location of the Hotel is excellent. The beach is literally across the street, so you are no more than 2 min from the sea line. A 10 min walk takes you to the “Centre” with restaurants, shops and the ‘Luna Park’ with rides. There is a very nice pizzeria 50 steps away, which do take aways (take out), as do most establishments. A mid-size supermarket (‘Conad’) with a deli section and everything in it is next to the hotel – you can grab your fruit, milk, water, sun cream, toiletries, bread and all other stuff literally on the way to/from the beach. A bus stop is literally on the doorstep. Ungodly hour aside, bus No. 10 operates every 30 min, and shuttles between Pisa and Livorno (the timetable is there, but in reality it is plus/minus 10-15 min). I would recommend holidaying in Tirrenia with kids between 0 and 10 y/o, and then probably between 14 and 16 – so they may enjoy some time on their own/unsupervised. We also enjoyed day trips to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Livorno - which was great to get away from the monotony of a beachfront holiday and weave some educational aspect into the holiday fabric.

Set in a spacious garden, the Green Park features 2 free outdoor swimming pools. The resort is on the seaside in the Calambrone area, south of Pisa. There was a barista included in the breakfast, Maria (I think that's her name) was wery kind and she made us good cappucino. ❤️ Also the breakfast itself was very rich. 😍
