Everything has been great. Alessandro has assisted in any of my requests, and I definitely recommend this place. Perfect location, very clean and the coffee/ tea station in the common area is a nice touch.

The staff is excellent. I’d stay here again just to have the pleasure of interacting with them. The property is so nice there is a problem with dogs but that’s not their fault.

This place is magical. Our room had a balcony and view of the ocean and Mount Etna, as well as overlooked the hotel pool and lush gardens. In addition, its location is perfect to explore Taormina by foot. But what sets this hotel apart from any other is the service provided by the very friendly and helpful professional staff. We arranged taxis, a rental car and excursions through the front desk and they could not have been more attentive and patient in explaining our options. We loved this hotel and will return!
