I've never had this kind of personal experience / friendliness in any hotels I've visited. The service was amazing. I brought my parents to this trip and they were pleased every morning.. Niccolo greeted us with a big warm smile and guided us to the breakfast room / explanining everything they have. We also loved the coffee but we felt bad because we kept ordering for more. The triple room was big enough to accommodate all of us (3) and everything was spotless clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and my sister!

The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. I was blown away by the breakfast. There were two choices. First off was Italian: a cornetto, marmalades, bread, orange juice and cappuccino. Of you could opt for "Continental" which meant almost anything else including; prosciutto, cheese, bread, fresh eggs (scrambled, fried, whatever), yogurt, orange juice, cappuccino and other things I have forgotten. One of the best breakfasts (included in the room price) that I've ever had at an Albergo. The entire staff were helpful, friendly and professional. When I reserved the room I expected something normal, but instead I got something really nice. It's simple, no frills, but it has everything it should have and more.
