The location on the Jaufenpass is definitely a plus! The road to the property is well maintained in the winter (you can ignore signs about the road being open between 8:00-18:00 - the closed off section starts further up).

We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great!
