Absolutely loved the balcony, the Spa area, the guys working there were very nice & welcoming. We loved enjoying the hottub outside overlooking the beautiful snowy mountain tops. The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast delicious and location excellent. The lady at the reception with blond, long, straight hair ( my apologies for not remembering her name) was one of the best people I have met in hospitality industry in a long time.
