The most generous and accommodating hosts ever. They gave us a room to practice in. (Musicians with a gig that night) and parking for the other band members. So generous. All of the staff are terrific. Espresso in the morning to take up to the room for my wife. The room is great. We come to Varese to play a couple of times a year and previously stayed at Albergo Crystal but this is much better.

Villa Baroni is a restored 19th-century farmhouse located just 200 metres from the shores of Lake Varese. It offers Provence-style rooms with free Wi-Fi, along with an outdoor pool. Excellent location in a very quiet neighborhood, great views of the lake and mountains, and perfect for cyclists as the villa is right on the bicycle path. Very nice dinner menu.

Al Borducan Romantic Hotel is located in the centre of Sacro Monte di Varese, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A wonderful Hotel, best view, small, but very nice rooms, very clean, staff super friendly. The restaurant is a real gourmet Restaurant. Not cheap, but worth. With a Terrace with great view to the valley. The small village is really cosy.

Art Hotel Varese is right by the Villa Panza Museum and 500 metres from the historic centre. Rooms come with free WiFi, and some overlook the gardens. Excellent 4 star hotel, modern and elegant, with comfortable rooms and all the facilities you could ask for. The building itself is a renovated villa in a beautiful garden within walking distance from the city center.Special thanks to Artemis, the lovely cleaning lady who made up our room every day!

The elegant Palace Grand Hotel, surrounded by a beautiful park, offers quality and stylish accommodation in the centre of Varese, with excellent connection to Milan and its airports. An elegant hotel from a bygone era. Large comfortable rooms and our dog was welcomed (accept in the dining room). Drinks on the terrace and room service, both delicious. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Hotel Europa Varese is an elegant hotel offering free parking and well-equipped rooms. It is set just inside the historic centre, 10 minutes' walk from Varese Train Station with links to Milan. Daniela and the staff were incredibly helpful to book bicycles, taxis, restaurants. The entire team were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We stayed at Europa for a week, the location was very, very good, close to great cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Varese was surprisingly fun, we really loved the town. The rooms were lovely, very high ceilings meant a sense of space and we never heard another guest whilst in our room.
