Residence Hotel Takayama Station is situated conveniently in the centre of Takayama, and offers a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. This is a really beautiful hotel. Perfect location right next to the bus and train station yet you don't hear any of the outside noise (from level 7 anyway). It's huge, it feels really homey. The shower is awesome and the separate toilet is handy. A door with a balcony was nice for some fresh air too. The staff are so lovely, short walk to food, tourist attractions and the best burger shop in the world is only 15mins walk, 'center 4 hamburgers' OMG!! All the facilities in the room are just perfect, washer and dryer was perfect after getting sweaty on the slopes. I love the traditional yet modern feel of this apartment style hotel. I would stay again!!

時のホテル is situated in Toki, within 44 km of Nagoya Station and 45 km of Aeon Mall Atsuta. The property is around 41 km from Oasis 21, 42 km from Toyota Stadium and 42 km from Nagoya Castle. Everything was great. I'd absolutely stay here again and again. The staff was not fluent in English but they were very helpful and used a translating app to speak to us. The room was clean, breakfast was great, the sauna and hot springs (2 large bath tubs) were amazing as well. 5 Stars.

Ideally situated in Takayama, eph TAKAYAMA features a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. We booked the Suite with city view. Very nice spacious room with 3 beds. Beds are big, and comfy. The bathroom has a shower and a square bath. You almost feel you are in a 'spa'. Good tea and coffee pads. The hotel has only a few rooms with a beautiful cafe at the ground floor. You had to pick a breakfast time in advance so the table was reserved at Hid's Cafe & Bar, a popular place for hotel guests and others. Food was super healthy. Matcha Latte the best, coffee as well fabulous. Walking distance to the old town but also with some top restaurants in the street as well as izakayas near the train station.

It’s also on the old Nakasendo and you can visit a few of the historic buildings of the town. The hotel is very nice (as the staff), has public baths, free coffee throughout the day and rice in the evening, plus amenities such as toothbrush, razor, yukata, etc. You have to take off your shoes which is a nice detail. We had the Comfort Twin room with shower and it was decently spacious.
