Located in Amboseli, 70 metres from Amboseli National Park, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The lodge is quite large and has a good infrastructure as a result. The bar and restaurant areas are spacious and nicely decorated with black-and-white murals depicting African animals. The food is varied and of excellent quality; drinks are charged separately.

It offers an outdoor pool and restaurant. this is my second time here. i preferred the tent over the cottage. the staff was lovely, food is good and the proximity to the park perfect. my only complaints are no hot water, especially coming from a safari when you’re covered in dust and i’d have liked our driver to eat with us.

The food is satisfying and well prepared by chef Themba, with soft drinks available for a nominal fee at the site The location with the view of Mount Kilimanjaro and 20 minutes from Amboseli game park is wonderful! Our kids went on nature’s walks with Brian, helped cook with Johnathan and loved playing basket ball with the kids that were visiting the camp site. We enjoyed being taken by Jonathan to see some of the town activities (market day and the cattle auctions) giving us a taste of the local Masai Kenyan community life😊. We came home with beautiful Masai blankets😁 It was a holiday we will remember for many many years!! Thanks for making our 14 day quarantine in Kenya from South Africa travelling to the UAE one to remember😊💖 PS we hired a car to travel to Teen Ranch and then to go to the park. We had a 4x2 and struggled on some of the park roads but managed...A 4x4 would have been better but pick up and safari drives can be arranged by the staff at Teen Ranch as well for an additional fee.
