Treehouse Čiekurs is located in Duķuri. Eagle Cliffs is 5 km away. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We had an amazing winter night experience. There was 20 cm thick snow all around and -5 deg Celsius outside temperature, but the room was nicely heated at +24 deg C. I was pleased that inside the room was a tiny fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a full set of dishes, cutlery, and various teas. We brought our own food and heated it up in the microwave. It was amazing, that the tree house is near a lake. The lake was fully frozen therefore it was safe to walk on it. A patch on the lake was even cleared to go ice-skating. We did not bring our own skates, but the host Maija gave us skates with EU size of 44 and 38. It was completely random and unexpected that we could go ice-skating on the lake. It got dark at the night, so we could also see the stars. We also rented sauna, which is near the lake. You can control the heat in the sauna by adding more wood or throwing water on the hot rocks to make hot steam. After sauna we also went to the lake to dip in the water. A small batch of the lake was not frozen so you could easily have an ice bath. Note: Taxi ride from Cesis train/bus station was 6 euros. If you want a taxi driver who speaks English, then I suggest using taxi company "Taksi 118 , IK". We would definitely want to come back again.

My favourite were wooden floors and I could not help but walk around the building without my shoes. Very warm and homely experience.

I stayed there with my wife and three children and we absolutely loved everything. The owner was really nice and friendly and showed us all the facilities. She had prepared the fireplace and sauna for us. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, in the middle of the forest and with a lake full of wildlife surrounding part of the house. The house is in great shape, pretty new and very spacious. The gazebo was impressive. Every small detail had been thought of and the decorations were very tasteful. They had plenty of firewood and bottled water for us. The kitchen was completely equipped. The lighting of the ruins of an old mill was magical. Also a very nice walk to Gauja river. I'm so glad we stayed there.

Lovely, quiet and very green location, close to river lake and Cesis. Bed (even tho it’s a sofabed) VERY comfortable, in fact probably the best sleep we’ve had in long time. Kitchen has all that’s needed for cooking basic breakfasts and dinners. I love that’s there’s mosquito net on window, so we could sleep with window fully open and enjoy sound of rain and birds chirping.. and no traffic. Host even hooked us up with wifi, thanks! We loved to stay here so much that we even extended our time here, and again the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Rendas is situated 1.2 km from central Cēsis. Barbecue facilities and a garden are accessible in-house. Complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the property. Absolutely everything ❤️ The house was huge, living area was spacious and bedrooms were comfy and relaxing. The garden was huge and well kept. The host was friendly, helpful and very accomodating. The friendliest German shepherd in the world was a bonus ❤️

A lot of space to run free. Right next to they have made a a pretty big pond that You can use to cool of when used a hot tub. Hot tub is available when requested and we definitely used it to have full experience. Ideal place to find a peace to get away from city life or just love country side. In the morning You can hear birds chirping and blend in with nature. If you forgot a favorite snack than nearest store is about 5km away. Staff is superb, if You need anything, just let them now and You will be taken care of!
