Jill and Randy were the most helpful and lovely hosts who really looked after me, including hooking me up with a bike rental and pointing me towards local rustic spots to grab food. The rooms are incredibly nice and tastefully done, and I loved my twenty yard stroll down into the warm ocean then sits in the thatch covered veranda watching the waves and writing. I will come again.

A personal thanks to Fernando who really stood out! And then the rooms. Just gorgeous, generous in size, with all the amenities, a hammock to relax, super comfy bed, plenty of towels and a grand and majestic marble bathtub in a tropical garden within the room filled with flowers. I mean wow!

Security is based on family presence in the house, locks and doors are basic.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore El Cuyo and its stunning beaches. We appreciated the tranquility of the area, which is far removed from the hustle and bustle of more touristy destinations. After a day of exploring, it was a pleasure to return to Casa Mia to relax and unwind. I cannot recommend Casa Mia El Cuyo enough for those looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in the Yucatan. The combination of warm hospitality, idyllic surroundings, and comfortable accommodations made our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
