I absolutely loved my stay at LCIBB. I was travelling alone and spent 5 nights in the Master Crusoe Suite which was gorgeous. The cabins are clean, eco friendly and very comfortable. The sound of the ocean putting you to sleep every night was incredible! The food is definitely some of the best on the island, I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here most days. The seafood quesadilla and the fish were my favourite :) The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, even down to sorting a private panga for me to return to big corn upon leaving. This was a real highlight for my trip staying at LCIBB, highly recommend and would 1000% return!

We took the apt with the balcony and we didn’t regret it. It was amazing we even added one more night to stay at Christina and Walcott’s place. They are such a nice and kind couple and the extra thing is that the room with balcony has AC in it!

Front of the sea with great sunsets, the Italian couple there managing are such characters, the love what they do, and always up for a chat, they spent the time to explain everything when you arrive. Go out of their way to ensure you have a good time.

Paraiso Beach Hotel is 60 metres from Playa Coco Beach. It has its own beach with beach chairs and features complimentary breakfast. The place was an excellent place to stay. Great location - walkable to the nicest beach, wharf, and restaurant / bars. Our bungalow was spacious, clean, and had the perfect corn island vibe! The on site restaurant was delicious and we ate several meals there. The breakfast included with our stay was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had. The owner and staff were all very welcoming and made our stay feel like home. They are super helpful if additional info on the island is needed. The property itself is well maintained with beautiful scenery. The ocean is right in front of the property and there is a lot of common area to spend time socializing or relaxing. The hammocks are a must! I highly recommend this spot. We are looking forward to coming again in the future with other friends and family! If you are looking for a safe, fun, clean spot - this is the one for you.

Ideally situated about 15 minutes walk from the pangas and most shops and eateries. Due to its location on the side of a beautifully verdant hill you have a nice breeze both day and evening. Bungalows are comfortable including the beds. The owners and volunteers are exceptional and did a nice job of making suggestions and creating a welcoming environment. Many thanks to Stephanie for cooking the delicious meals offered at the on-site restaurant and bar. As most large hotels and corporate chains have scaled back room upkeep and housekeeping while a guest, it was a an unexpected and thoughtful touch to come back each day to see that someone refreshed the room.

Facing the beachfront, Derek's Place Eco-Lodge features a restaurant and garden. This hotel offers room service. The hotel has family rooms. At the hotel, all rooms have a balcony with a sea view. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, space, freedom and honest contact with people, Derek's Place is the place for you. The airy cabañas are furnished with great attention to detail. You live in the middle of nature, between the forest and the sea, in community with different people and animals. Yes, sometimes the electricity goes out. Yes, sometimes there isn't water for a moment, but that's how the Robinson Crusoe experience is authentic. There is so much to discover on the large grounds and on the paths through the forest or along the beach. Anna, Derek and family are very warm people with whom we quickly felt comfortable and at home. The breakfast is great and dinner with everyone who wants to join is a nice and culinary way to get together. The on-site dive center is also great with breathtaking dive spots right outside the door, experienced guides and good equipment. We are happy to have experienced such a relaxed stay on the island through Derek's Place. That's why we stayed twice as long as originally planned.
