Firstly, it is the location. it's just 2-3 min from the train station if you manage to use the exit of the right direction. And it's just 10min walk to the old town. Secondly, everyone staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making you feel like a VIP there. Their attitudes were perfect. They remembered you and tried their best to accommodate to your needs. Really appreciate that. Thirdly, the check in and out was speedy and comfortable. There was a generous welcome drink too:) Fourthly, the interior and exterior were exquisite. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows .

The hotel stands in a beautiful position, the staff was very helpful and friendly, public rooms were lovely and full of history, the comfortable bedrooms were well equipped and the restaurant was very cosy and served excellent food. Our stay of 1 night was too short and we hope to return there for a longer stay in the not too distant future.
