Very impressive since the first step walking to the hotel. The hotel has the most stunning view and very beautiful and clean. The room is extremely big and convenience. Fortunately my room has the Maraya view that I will never forget this experience. The most impressive for this hotel is The Saffron restaurant that is Thai food. The chief manager including staffs they are from Thai , Who chief Tina, Chief Yuttapong, Chief Artit, and Pattchara. They took a great care of my family. They are unforgettable have super great service mind. The food was super delicious in every menu. Yes I could tell for all menu because I went there for 5 meals and ordered all different menu. They treated my family very well , made us feel like home and they served some menu as a complimentary. Especially due to the extremely hot weather, my mother got sick, The chief Tina, called the doctor to take care my mom so well. My family and I will remember them for their perfect service forever. They will be the first reason I will come and stay at the Bayantree in Alula again for sure. Thank you for everything you guys have done for my family. We deeply appreciate that.

Great, very comfortable, modern hotel in a very good location for food and shopping. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check out late. Next door is a fantastic cafe. Across the road are all the American fast food brands (Mcdonalds, kfc etc). There is also a 5 riyal (ie a £1 store) or less supermarket on the same road, which will have everything you need during your stay. Masjid Nabi is 10 - 15min drive away, costing 20-30 riyals for a group of 4. Would stay at this hotel again!
