Located in the pedestrian area of the historic centre of Kranj, the 4-star Hotel Actum is a small boutique hotel decorated in a romantic neo-Baroque style. Downtown location. Friendly, helpful and very polite staff. I left the hotel early but they prepared breakfast for me in a package of sandwiches, fruits and chocolates. They served me coffee and juice even though it was very early and breakfast was not open.

The hotel is in a quiet place, newly renovated, great host that took great care of us and was available for all our needs. Breakfast was great. It’s a bit out of Ljubljana but that’s a plus. Nearby lake is nice to see and it’s peaceful and quiet yet near to Ljubljana by car. Rooms are small, but really nice. Doors can be opened with a code so you can check in anytime.

Tot i que per arribar-hi s'han de fer tres quilòmetres per una carretera una mica estreta i molt costeruda, un cop ets a l'hotel, tot és una meravella. Les vistes són molt boniques, les instal·lacions netes i comofortables, i el personal molt atent i agradable. L'esmorzar està bé i és variat. Hi ha restaurant i bar que són útils per no haver de baixar al poble, els preus són correctes i el menjar molt bo.

Nice rooms and solid food, both breakfast and dinner. Location was perfect, that is the biggest advantage of this hotel, ski in ski out. Great bar outside, in front of the hotel.
