The room was superb, beautifully appointed with a wonderful bath where you could lie and gaze at the stunning mountain views. To top everything off the restaurant served the most amazing food and is well worthy of its two Michelin stars!

Walking through the front doors, the decor is simultaneously both modern and rustic, with every mechanism finely honed. Anjem is a fantastic host. As the first face you see, walking into the establishment, he knows exactly how to take care of you, if you let him. Everyday, breakfast was extremely consistent. The kitchen is like a microcosm of the entire experience, clean, well-constructed, and excellent in producing quality experiences. Erazem, as our waiter, became more than such for us, almost immediately. His service was top notch, with a sharp mind and attention to detail. One of the best men I've had the pleasure of meeting for sometime. Our rooms were immaculate through the entire experience. Sladjana, as our housekeeper, had an uncanny knack of ninja-like execution of tidying up every time we were out of the room. You would never have known she was there, save for the transformation after she was gone. The entire area is sheer wonder, with ample snow for skiing, trails leading to waterfalls, and homemade Slovenian food around nearly every corner. Frankly one of the best trips we have ever had.
