His personal touch made all the difference, as he even took the time to escort us to his favorite spots and show us around. Simply wonderful. They were very kind and arrange the room for my birthday and even gave me a cake!! So sweet!! The place is top notch, incredible breakfast, two swimming pools, kids playground and everything you wish for. Is close to the center of Chaweng where all the night life if that is what you are looking for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A great overall experience!

The restaurant was great for brunch (buffet), lunch poolside and dinner (cocktails at happy hour followed by dinner). Staff was amazing. So friendly. Room was beautiful! The only downside was no privacy for the toilet. Oddly no door so we had to shut the whole bathroom off even though the toilet was behind a partition (it was separated as though it should have had a door...). Otherwise, loved the plunge pool outside our private room and everything else! Also the bay was lovely and calm.

Loved our stay here! We saw some negative comments regarding no food/drinks being served and the pool being dirty so we were skeptical. However, they had a HUGE menu with many options and could tell the pool was being cleaned daily. The beds were a little hard but otherwise we loved our stay. The staff were also very nice and smiled at us everyday.

Friendly staff. Complementary water every day. Top location in Chaweng - directly on the beach, close to shops, restaurants, bars. Free shuttle to Chaweng shopping mall. Amazing villa. Super nice private pool and big bathtub. Comfy beds. Very clean. Good brekfast. We requested to change the villa to more private one and they completed our request with no complications. First we got garden pool villa on the far side of the resort. The villa was nice, but no privacy in the pool and front porch (every neighbor who walks by can see the pool, sitting area and inside the villa). We asked if they have any villa with more privacy. They offered the sea view pool villa, but we prefered garden pool villa in the begining of the resort wich offered complete privacy (entire villa is surrounded with high concrete wall - so no need for bathing suits when in pool :)).

Tutto. Posizione eccellente per uscire la sera, camere spaziose e pulite, 2 piscine grandi, spiaggia tra le migliori dell'isola. Per fortuna avevamo la camera lontana dal locale accanto (Ark bar), che è molto bello ma rumoroso per la notte. wonderful hotel. the hosts are very kind, I got the impression that I came to my distant relatives, and not to the hotel. the room is very clean, large comfortable bed, in general, everything is as in the picture. there is a swimming pool on the first floor. recommend this place to stay.

It’s located on the top of a hill, the transportation is convenient since the hotel can arrange cars up and down the hill. The staff are really helpful and friendly, they helped us to rent a motorbike for 350 bth per day(150cc, really new one). The view is most amazing and really worth it. The lodge room is equipped with air condition which is very nice. Lodge 2 is with the best view!

Extremely well run real 5 star resort with excellent beachfront location. Very friendly and efficient staff and great level of service. Extremely clean. Beachfront restaurant “The Tent” serves excellent food and has one of the best locations on Samui. Beautiful views and wonderful setting. Overall brilliant! The Spa was beautiful and the treatments exceptional.
