For location it was really nice being right on the lake but walking distance to the town. My room was on the African Queen and it was clean and comfortable and roomy. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They even remembered me from last year. When there was a storm and they lost water to the boat, they gave me a temporary room that had hot water so I could shower. I thought this was very thoughtful and customer service orientated. The food at the restaurants was good.

The staff were exceptional, very helpful, the food was great, the Hotel is situated in a perfect cove, the entertainment the DJ the live band were fantastic. We shall be going back. Very clean and modern hotel, spacy rooms with balcony, good bed, really hot water for shower, good restaurant, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, located in the city center. If coming again to Mwanza I will surely stay there again.

An amazing stay with wonderful staff and view of Lake Victoria. We got there at around 1 a.m., and it's amazing that we found two wonderful ladies and the chef waiting for us. They helped us to our rooms and the chef made us dinner which was ready in less 20 minutes. The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. No complaints about cleanliness also.
