Dennis, the owner, made us feel right at home. Actually one of our favorite parts about staying here was dinner and conversations with Dennis and another guest there at the same time - it felt like we were staying with friends:)

Located in Wesha, in the pristine Pemba Island Region, Pemba Misali Sunset Beach features a virgin beach with free private parking available on-site. Free WiFi is available in all public areas. This was the nicest place we could find near Chake Chake town. It was peaceful. The room was basic but comfortable and had what we needed. And the view from the front porch was beautiful. The food was really excellent! They served beer, too. The staff was unfailingly helpful and cheerful and kind.

The Aiyana Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Verani and features a restaurant. The resort has a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Stunning resort with breathtaking beach and ocean view. Stuff was friendly and responsive. For the first few days we had a feeling that they are a bit slow, but when you got used to the pace of this wonderful resort, everything starts to be nice and smooth. This is one of the most beautiful resorts I ever been.

Absolutely stunning little place, incredible setting, staff go above and beyond to please you. Food absolutely incredible. The staff and local people are so humble, attentive and genuine. The setting is amazing and is a complete retreat. Local people and very friendly too. I’d definitely return for sure.

Located near the village of Makangale in North Pemba, Gecko Nature Lodge Home of Swahili Divers the BEST dive center and Famous Gecko Restaurant features a dive centre. A home away from home. The place is very remote and quiet. For nature lovers, it is a real paradise. Coconut crabs right on the property and many bush babies around at night. Food is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We went there to do our scuba certification and Mike the owner is the best teacher you can have. We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer.

Emerald Bay Resort is located in Chokocho village in the south of Pemba. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, this Arabic-styled resort faces a characteristic natural port. Service and Staff were extremely lovely and helpful! We actually had one of the best experiences in Zanzibar (Pemba).
