Located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville features a fitness centre, terrace and shared lounge in Asheville. This is an excellent hotel. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was large and comfortable. Valet parking was efficient and affordable. Rates were reasonable for the time of year. What makes this hotel outstanding though is it’s staff. From our greeting and complementary champagne on arrival to our checkout and small pot of honey the staff were amazing. Two days After we left the hotel we realised we had left some hiking jackets in the wardrobe in our room. A phone call and some text messages was all it took for the staff to hunt for our jackets and ship them to us overnight at our next destination. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

We were welcomed and informed from the first minute of entering the hotel. Covid precautions were obvious and signs and instructions visible. Our room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. I was surprised by the quietness of our floor and room. This location was perfect for our needs this trip. I usually have one negative comment about something, typically minor- BUT, I said to my husband, I don’t have one negative comment about these accommodations. We will definitely consider staying at this location again ! Side note, I can not comment on restaurant/bar/breakfast as we did not use any of these this trip.

Route 19 Inn provides air-conditioned accommodation in Maggie Valley. The accommodation offers a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. We were not there during the weekend so we did not have breakfast. We loved the location and the room right by the creek and the room decor, bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed and more.
