Harbor House Hotel by Umaniii in Jonesport Maine features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Jonesport. The Harbor House had amazing views and was beautifully decorated and was laid out perfect since we were traveling with my older son. It was not your typical laid out side by side beds. It was a charming house on the water. Dr Wayne was very helpful at check in and with recommendations on where to go for dinner. He also told us of the waterfalls which we would have missed without him recommending. We were there just for the night as we were flying out the next day, but would definitely stay again when back in the area. I would definitely recommend The Harbor House.

Offering a private beach area, Robinson's Cottages is located in Edmunds Township. Free WiFi access is available in certain cottages. This was my 3rd year in a row and I can’t wait til next year. As always, it was a beautiful place to stay! I brought my portable sewing machine up this time and it was perfect… just “me time” when my daughter was doing her thing. Also, I brought my CD/radio player and listened to the nearest radio station which happened to be an “oldies” channel in Canada. This trip was just my adult daughter and I. It was just as special for the two of us as when I come with my husband.

The Bluebird Motel Maine provides air-conditioned rooms in Machias. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I liked the fact that it hasn't been bought up by the Pakistani motel cartel. It's refreshing to see real Americans behind the front desk.
