Me stressing to get there by that time, we hit bad traffic, so I called at 5pm to let him know about the traffic and to possibly use a different credit card. A woman answered..stated he was gone for the day..but assured me a room so that I would less stressed. Upon arrival, she was relaxed, very sweet and accommodating. She evidently worked overnight, because I also checked out with her as well. She's a great staff member!
