I travel frequently, LaPLaya is one of the cleanest and nicest motels I have stayed. It’s is immaculately clean, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I come here. Perfect!!!

This Santa Barbara, California hotel is located 3 miles from Stearn’s Wharf on the Pacific Ocean. The hotel offers free WiFi and cable TV in every room. My wife and I liked everything in this hotel - the only thing we regretted that we stayed there just 2 nights. And personnel was very helpful and friendly.

Located less than a minutes’ walk to the beach, this pet-friendly Santa Barbara motel offers an outdoor pool and modern guest rooms with cable TV. State Street is 5 minutes’ drive away. Very clean and updated comfortable room. Close to the ocean but far from State Street and cafés and shops. I many of the staff are finally covered when I first arrived, and they were not welcoming or friendly. There was luggage being stored, and I asked if I could store mine because I had to run to a work meeting and I would be back in the late afternoon, and they refused. Then they charged me a $20 early check-in fee and I was only there three hours early. The manager looked at me but didn’t smile and just kept talking to the staff about a training very loudly and acted as if she wasn’t happy that I was there. I felt unwelcome.
