Welcome to Hotel Lumberjack, proudly located in historic Sonora, California. Our hotel offers a newly envisaged Americana Motel experience inspired by the rich Lumberjack culture. Cleanliness, design of the room, comfortable bed. Nice and helpful staff. Information brochure about the city with interesting info in the room. We booked it last minute on our way to Sonora and it was a very pleasant surprise. I feel lucky that we could book the last available room. Totally worth the money, I would happily return anytime.

Built in 1859, this historic Jamestown hotel has its own house ghost and features an on-site restaurant and bar. Rooms include antique furniture and Yosemite National Park is 24 miles away. Food good, I loved the hotel like stepping back in time. First hotel i've stayed without a TV and kettle and it was great.

Discover a harmonious blend of historic charm and contemporary comfort at Sonora Inn. Recently updated inside. New paint, etc. An older historic hotel. Clean and met our three day stay needs well. The desk staff were all nice and helpful. The helped us out on several occasions. The downtown area is there for strolling , shopping, eating and bar hopping. Breakfast was nice, coffee was hot, food acceptable for a classic hotel self serve offering.
