For what we paid for, the quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Having said this, we probably avail a promo on a lean season so you might find it more expensive on a different season. We missed out breakfast in our first day because we arrived really late the day before. The receptionist spoken to the kitchen if they would let us and they did. Finally, we left one day before our expected check out because of circumstances. We were not charged for that day we have missed.

Given the 1,000 year flood at Yellowstone, they did a fabulous job of taking care of some very disappointed travelers.

Comfortable accommodation for a family or two couples. Main bathroom upstairs between two bedrooms. Downstairs bathroom was a toilet & sink. The cottage was older but immaculately clean. Freshly painted & comfortably decorated. Kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook a full meal. We cooked dinner two nights- no problem and a dishwasher. Full refrigerator and stove/oven. Plenty of coffee for the coffee machine. Plenty of towels, room was serviced each day. Nice and warm as it was cold during the stay. Parking outside. Laundry onsite.

We booked for a short ski vacation and were incredibly impressed by how nice the houses were. The general manager was outstanding -- they have a great text system in place where you can ask questions or get help. The houses are immaculate but not over the top. The coffee maker had really thoughtful, and funny, instructions and I have to say the best cup of coffee I've had on vacation. We'll be back. Next year, the year after that, and until they open another property for us to visit!

We arrived late then expected and it was raining, we called the owners and they assure us we can be late and some one will assist us when we arrive. When we arrived we called Jeff and he was very kind and helping.

Breakfast was great. Wonderful lobby, restaurants, bars. Staff excellent. I felt like I was the first guest, like it was a brand new hotel. I’ll be back.

Café da manhã incluído na hospedagem era muito bom, com boa variedade, embora tivesse poucas mesas, então é interessante chegar mais cedo. Equipe era agradável, ajudavam a dar dicas do que ver no parque e como se deslocar lá dentro. A entrada oeste do Parque Yellowstone fica a dois minutos de carro do hotel, assim como a rua central, onde estão localizadas as lojas, restaurantes e por aí vai. Os mercadinhos que abastecem a cidade também estão próximos. O hotel possui lavanderia, estacionamento, piscina aquecida e máquina de gelo no corredor. Ficaria lá em outra visita à cidade.
