Always helped, they have everything i needed here. Trips, laundry, exchange. And the location is amazing, beautiful view of fansipan from every window. Very close the the center. I booked a room for one night, and then decided to stay two more. Just because I liked it. I really recommend this place! You will get the best welcome.

My room was on the 3rd floor with a nice view though it was quite foggy most of the time. Provided a good breakfast in the morning and the owner lady was very welcoming and helpful with calling cab and she can communicate in English very well too. We had a great stay.
