El Senjukaku ofrece alojamiento tradicional de estilo japonés con encanto histórico, baños termales al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada y jardines japoneses preciosos. Atención, amabilidad, en general todo. Desayuno y cena muy completos y variados, con menú japonés.

El Hotel Fuki no Mori ofrece servicio gratuito de traslado hasta la estación de tren JR de Nagiso, situada a un trayecto de 20 minutos. If you want to feel some Japanese culture and nature - this is the right place, and with a stile.

El Yorozuya se encuentra a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Yudanaka y ofrece baños termales, bañera de hidromasaje y habitaciones de estilo japonés con terraza privada y baño privado. La estancia fue hermosísima. Los termales están muy bonitos, limpios y bien mantenidos. El personal era my simpático, amable y pendiente de nuestros necesidades. El pueblo en que el ryokan está ubicado también es hermosísima

El Oshi Ryokan, un alojamiento de estilo tradicional que solía acoger a peregrinos, se encuentra en una apacible zona de montaña, a solo 5 minutos a pie del histórico santuario de Togakushi. Que pena que no pueda puntuar con un 20. El ryokan es precioso y esta en un entorno idilico. Que decir del anfitrión, un ser humano excepcional, nos trato de lujo. La cena que nos sirvió fue de las mejores que tuvimos en el viaje. La habitación es comodisima y limpia. Dormimos de maravilla. Cuanto nos alegramos de habernos alojado ahi. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

El Yudanaka Onsen Yamazakiya se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del Parque Snow Monkey y ofrece alojamientos sencillos de estilo japonés con WiFi gratuita. We stayed at many ryokans on our trip. None came close to Yamazakiya. The host family are friendly beyond belief, always smiling, always helpful. We got a free pick-up from the train, drop-off to the train and round trip to the snow monkey park. The place is cute, we had a huge room with fluffy, comfy tatami beds and a sitting area. Everyone got yukatas to wear around the house. It's a small place with two private onsens and we were easily able to book both for an hour for our group of four, giving us the chance to try two different rooms. We had messaged ahead to book dinner (good English spoken), a vegetarian option was no problem and my, what a treat we got. It must have been 10+ little courses, fine dining at its best. All around, highly, highly recommended! If you enter through the front door, don't forget to take a stroll out the back door - it leads straight onto the village's main street, filled with many cute, ancient houses.

El Kadowakikan se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de esquí de Nozawa Onsen y ofrece acceso directo a las pistas de esquí, baño termal y WiFi gratuita. Muy buena estadía en Kadowaki-kan. Su dueño ha sido sumamente afable, nos atendió siempre con dedicación y nos explicó pacientemente todo lo que necesitábamos saber sobre los servicios de la zona, etc. El lugar es un típico hotel-ryokan que ofrece un alojamiento tradicional, con buena ubicación y acceso a movilidad a menos de 100 metros. Impecable a nivel limpieza y con un buen desayuno. Estamos especialmente agradecidos a su dueño y a las señoras que preparan y sirven el desayuno.

El Tawaraya, situado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Yudanaka, ofrece alojamiento de estilo japonés con WiFi gratuito y TV de pantalla plana. The service as this Ryokan was 10/10, and was the most authentic one we stayed in during our 4 weeks in Japan. The staff were so lovely, and spoke great English. They showed us to our room, and gave us essentially a "room tour" whilst we drank complimentary tea. They gave us a map with nearby restaurants and ammenties noted on it. The private outdoor onsen was SO nice! You book a slot upon arrival, which you can access in the evening with 30 min slots. The onsen was large and the perfect contrast with the fresh cool air in the evening. Yukatas were provided for us as an option to wear around the hotel - both my partner and I are bigger than the average Japanese person (Wife is plus size, I am 6ft 2) and we both comfortably fit into the ones picked out for us. The only thing that threw us was that during breakfast, they cleared the beds from our room - had we known people would go in, we'd probably have neatened the room a bit haha! P.S don't skip the sushi restaurant a few doors down from the hotel. The sushi was EXQUISITE and they even have a phonetic Japanese to English page at the front so you can have a go at ordering properly with the chef.
