Nice people , very clean and nice hotel. Dont expect too much , but location is very good , 10 minutes walk from a main station where you can take the train or metro to visit amsterdam's main station in 10 minutes , and from there you can go pretty much anywhere(airport included). Nice bars around the hotel , supermarkets 200m away. Would visit again.

Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park - Small Luxury Hotels is located in the Oosterpark in a former monumental university building, next to Tropenmuseum. The premises are fantastic! Location, rooms, architecture, service are all beyond the expectations. As a frequent traveller so far Pillows Amsterdam is my favorite among all the Small Luxury Hotels! PS: Breakfast is to die for!

The Social Hub Hotel Amsterdam City offers design accommodation within 20 minutes walking distance of the city centre. It is also a 5 minute subway ride to the city centre. They cleaned our room everyday, giving clean towels, bottles of water, coffee and cookies every day. Check in was very smooth, it is lively, good atmosphere until late, spacious room and attention to small cozy details. 30 min walking from city center but 3 min walking from metro.
